Significant experience in corporate establishment and empowerment at different corporate sizes and scales. An International experience and exposure in corporate restructuring in different industries with special emphasis on petrochemicals.
He aims to build a competency based performance management system with the associated competency model establishing business processes for critical work programs

Mrs. Shaimaa participated in a number of strategy formulation consulting assignments through which she participated in strategic foundation facilitation workshops, strategy formulation workshops, facilitated workshops for developing strategic objectives and transforming them into operational objectives and action plans utilizing Strategy Maps, Balanced Scorecard framework and value chain analysis, designed Process-mapping workflow for clients using a cost benefit analysis technique, conducted supply chain assessment and developed Gap Analysis with recommended supply chain initiatives, developed supply chain strategies, policies and procedures while conducting inventory analysis and segmentation.

Mr. Ibrahim has also worked on designing and monitoring the deployment of strategies for various business entities and non-business (Government and NGOs) bodies in Egypt and the UAE.
